ABT has wrapped up its Legacy trilogy with a limited-run version of the RSQ8. Called the ABT RSQ8 Legacy Edition, the high-performance SUV enters production with a cap of 125 vehicles worldwide. Each one carries “1 of 125” details across several areas of the cabin and bodywork.
Under the hood sits a 4.0-liter V8 Biturbo engine. Output climbs to 760 HP and 980 Nm in the DWNA configuration, up from 471 kW (640 HP) and 850 Nm. Another ABT Power R setup raises the DWNB version from 441 kW (600 HP) and 800 Nm to approximately 544 kW (740 HP) and 920 Nm. Top speed stays unchanged. ABT also fitted a dedicated intercooler and revised engine management software. Small detail, though easy to miss, the package works with the “myABT” app as well.

The suspension package moves beyond a simple lowering kit. ABT combines electronic air suspension, continuously variable adaptive damping, electronic roll stabilisation, ABT Level Control, and ABT eAWS into one calibration developed together with the manufacturer. The company also refers to sporty tuning for the dampers, roll stabilisation, and level lowering.
Outside, carbon matt components cover large sections of the SUV. The front lip carries an RSQ8-LE logo, while bonnet inserts, mirror caps, fender extensions, rear skirt parts, and door strip attachments follow the same finish. Black gloss wheelhouse ventilation pieces add another contrast layer and carry “1 of 125” badging. Around back, the rear wing uses ABT aero blades.

Then there is the exhaust system. Stainless steel construction pairs with 2 x ABT double end pipes measuring 105 mm in diameter. ABT describes the setup as part appearance piece, part sound upgrade. Fair enough.
The wheel package uses glossy black ABT HIGH PERFORMANCE IR23 rims built through flowforming construction. Tyres measure 295/35 R23, and TPMS sits on the equipment list, too.

Cabin changes stay extensive. Alcantara wraps the steering wheel, while carbon matt trim appears on the shift paddles, dashboard covers, seat frame covers, and shift knob cover with ABT logo. The headrests carry embroidered logos. Floor mats use RSQ8-LE stitching. Integrated entrance lights and a start-stop switch-cap round out the package.
ABT assembles every RSQ8 Legacy Edition in Kempten. The company points toward handcrafted materials and experienced engineers throughout the project.
Package pricing reaches 95.900,00 €, including 19% VAT. Installation and TÜV approval sit outside the listed amount. Consumption figures stand at 13,6 – 13,2 l/100 km, while CO2 emissions range from 308 – 300 g/km. CO2 class is G.
