Spending €108,000 on an Audi RS6 sounds expensive enough. Spending that amount just to modify one is an entirely different proposition.
That’s what ABT is asking for its RS6-LE 800 conversion.
The German tuning company has created the special edition to celebrate its 130th anniversary, with production limited to 30 examples worldwide. It starts with the RS6 Legacy Edition, itself a limited-run model introduced in 2023.
And the anniversary version isn’t exactly subtle.

The familiar 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 now produces 800 hp and 980 Nm. That’s 170 hp more than the standard RS6 Performance, although ABT hasn’t tried to turn this particular car into another 1,000-hp monster.
Instead, the company has concentrated on making an already expensive estate even more exclusive.
The RS6-LE 800 retains the Legacy Edition’s carbon-fibre aerodynamic package. There’s a revised front end, additional carbon details and a prominent rear spoiler, all intended to give the estate a more aggressive appearance.
It’s still recognisably an RS6, though.
And that’s arguably part of the appeal. The standard car already combines enormous performance with the ability to carry passengers and luggage. ABT hasn’t removed those qualities in pursuit of a more dramatic silhouette.
Inside, the changes are largely about reminding occupants how unusual their car is.

The front seats receive special embroidery, while Dinamica Soul material appears around the entry areas. Illuminated door sills carry the RS6-LE 800 name, and the floor mats get matching logos.
There’s even an anniversary coin.
ABT calls it a time capsule celebrating the company’s 130-year history. Each of the 30 cars receives one, alongside the usual individual identification details.
Whether a commemorative coin makes a fast Audi more desirable is entirely up to the buyer.
The price is harder to ignore.
ABT lists the conversion at €108,000 including German VAT. Installation adds another €13,640, with the TÜV inspection charged separately.
And that doesn’t include the donor vehicle.

For that money, someone could buy a serious performance car without needing an Audi RS6 first. But ordinary value calculations probably aren’t especially relevant here.
The RS6-LE 800 is aimed at collectors who want something rarer than a factory-built RS6 Performance.
It also marks the beginning of ABT’s three-car anniversary series.
With only 30 examples planned, exclusivity is guaranteed by the production limit rather than by the horsepower figure.
Which is probably just as well. These days, 800 hp alone isn’t enough to make a tuned Audi particularly unusual.
