There are limited editions, and then there are statements. The ABT RS7-LE clearly falls into the second category. Limited to 200 vehicles and marked accordingly with “1 of 200” badges, this Legacy Edition builds on the already potent RS7 and pushes it further in power, presence, and detail.
Exterior
Carbon defines the outside. The most noticeable piece is the carbon front bonnet insert, which not only draws attention but also improves heat dissipation from the performance-enhanced V8 engine. It also passes the legally required head impact tests for pedestrian protection.
From there, the detailing continues almost relentlessly. An ABT front lip with RS7-LE logo sits below enlarged air intake grilles, accompanied by carbon front blades and front skirt inserts with optimized airflow. The front grille receives a carbon add-on, while mirror caps, side skirt add-ons, rear side blades, and side skirt inserts are also finished in carbon bold.
Both front and rear wheelhouse ventilations come in black gloss, the front including an emblem badge marked “1 of 200.” At the rear, a carbon rear skirt insert with RS7-LE badge and a contrasting carbon rear wing complete the silhouette.
The car rides on ABT HIGH PERFORMANCE IR22 forged rims in glossy black, wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 Supersport 295/30 ZR22 tires with TPMS.
A stainless steel ABT exhaust system with 2 x ABT double end pipes, each measuring Ø 102 mm, delivers the acoustic counterpart to the visual aggression.
Powertrain
In standard form, the RS7 produces up to 630 HP (463 kW). With ABT Engine Control (AEC), ABT turbocharger, ABT intercooler, and adapted air routing of the optimised intake grilles, output rises to 760 HP (559 kW) and 920 Nm.
ABT POWER R specifications show:
- 441 kW (600 HP), 800 Nm upgraded to approx. 559 kW (760 HP), 920 Nm (engine code DJPB, DYGB)
- 463 kW (630 HP), 850 Nm upgraded to approx. 559 kW (760 HP), 980 Nm (engine code DYGA)
Top speed remains unchanged, with an acceleration from 0–100 km/h listed at 3.1 seconds. Also, fuel consumption for the production vehicle is given as 12.6 – 12.1 l/100 km (combined), with CO2 emissions of 285 – 274 g/km and CO2-class G.
Interior
Inside, Dinamica microfibre plays a central role. It is used on gearshift paddles, gearshift panel, seat frame trims, and more. The suede-like material, coated with Teflon, is described as water-repellent, flame-resistant, and robust.
There is seat embroidery with ABT and RS7 logos, door entry lighting, an ABT logo projected onto the ground, a steering wheel with a discreet red 12 o’clock marking, and refined components including start-stop switch cap, door sill trims marked “1 of 200,” floor mats with RS7-LE logo, and additional Dinamica soul refinements throughout the cabin.
Pricing
The package price for the RS7-LE is 107.900,00 € incl. 19% VAT, plus installation (13.200,00 € incl. 19% VAT), painting, and TÜV.
Optional interior carbon kit components range from 600,00 € to 4.360,00 €, while interior refinements such as leather valcona door panels are listed at 10.380,00 €. The ABT height-adjustable suspension kit is priced at 7.460,00 €.
